We fabricate our tops using a “one off” process. This has benefits compared to production molding. First is customization of size and shape. We are able create a shape custom to your boat. We will produce a 3D model of your specific top for you to visualize what the top will look like.

Another benefit is the weight of the top compare to a production top. Because the one off top structural elements are also the finish elements it is more efficient. This can save 25% on the final weight. Yet another advantage is the slim profile. Thickness can be varied from 3/4" to 2". We will utilize thicker cores to accommodate larger spans, loads and internal conduit needs. We can build widths up to 13’6” and length to 19’6. Device and wire accommodations - There are two primary methods of attaching devices such as wiring, lights, speakers, antennas...First option is to run conduit paths inside the foam so that there are no wires on top or bottom of the top except where they wire junctions together with the device and the path in the structure. This provides the cleanest most sleek look.
The second option is a drop area in the center that creates a space for devices to attach and thru bolt. This is called a drop box. This provides a large space for mounting device and running wires/connectors up to 3" the box also can accommodate speakers up to 3-1/4" deep, such as the JL 7.7 speakers.
Other options include various Radar Pod sizes, Recessed and/or concealed teaser reels, spreader light pods, speaker enclosures, recessed down lights and more.
